Ohhh this is epic! Loving the contrasts. Very striking piece. One eye is shown as well as one breast is revealed. Don't need much to qualify as a full woman. The ability to child bear and nurse speaks volumes for itself. That alone validates her as a whole woman.

When I met marcel for the first time, I realized that he is already an artist whose talent cannot be taken for granted, thus, art lovers need to seriously keep their eyes on him. His projection already, though humble, shows a lot of strength in terms of balance and composition. Marcel, seems to be joggling between the language of subdued light and strong shadow, and yet, keeps it clear of unnecessary obstruction. I wish him much success, peace, and harmony.

Marcel, you have an exceptional talent, and I'm so glad you are sharing your expertise and your story with everyone.
Your artwork makes me feel happy. "Around the Circle Shadows at Noon" brought back memories of my childhood school. During lunchtime, the entire school would hold hands and sings all the songs from "Old McDonald's Had a Farm" to "We're Going to Kentucky." Someone would take a turn in the middle...such fond memories.
Your paintings like "Haitian Slave Revolt Dance Ceremony," "Mothers Bond," "Daddy's Little Girl" and "Rising," which is currently in the exhibit at the Jeanie Tengelsen Gallery are all brilliant. You have such a wonderfully unique style supplemented with great storytelling.

I have had the remarkable pleasure of watching Marcel create one of his beautiful pieces from beginning to end. I am amazed by his ability to transform a blank canvas from an idea to a sketch, then from a sketch to a colorful masterpiece that is full of depth and life. Spending time with him and watching his process has opened my eyes and caused me to view all art from a different perspective and for that, I can't thank him enough. Marcel your talent is absolutely undeniable and I can't wait to see what's next.
